Course Objectives

This one-day course provides attendees with the tools to develop and implement a basic HACCP Plan and includes hands-on workshops and activities.

A HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) program can be applied throughout the food chain, from primary production to final consumption. When effectively implemented, HACCP programs provide the best system of protection against contaminants. The program can provide significant benefits such as increasing confidence in food safety, aiding inspection by regulatory authorities and reducing the number of necessary supplier audits.

Attendees who have little or no experience of HACCP should first attend the one day course “A HACCP Approach to Food Safety”.
