Become familiar with the new requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 Standard

Course Objectives

The purpose of this one-day course is to provide information on and interpretation of the requirements of the International Standard. Attendees will gain an introduction to the changes in the revision and how these could affect their organization’s environmental management system. The course will also explore the implementation timeframe and the impact on current registrations.

Prerequisites

To gain maximum benefit from this course, attendees should already be familiar with the ISO 14001:2004 standard.

  • Overview of the revision.

  • High level structure – an explanation of how Annex SL affects environmental management systems and the impact of “the high level structure”.

  • In depth review of each of the new sections of the standard and its interpretation, together with a comparison with the previous version of the standard.
