Prerequisites

There are no entry requirements for this course, however this course is suitable for food industry management and personnel who have had at least four years experience in the food industry.

It is recommended that the participants have an understanding of HACCP and Internal Auditing and have experience in HACCP and Quality Assurance Management Systems.

The course has some numeracy and literacy requirements involved.

Access to a workplace is required for the completion of post course assessment activities.
