The SAI Global Customer Relations team realizes that it may be necessary for registrants to cancel or postpone training under certain circumstances. 30 days or longer before the start of the course, you may cancel and receive a full refund, or transfer to another session.

In fairness to our other course attendees, please note the following Cancellation and Transfer Policy.

** If course payment has not been received by at the time of cancellation/transfer and a fee is due, an invoice payable by the attendee will be mailed for this fee.

In the rare event that we must cancel a course, SAI Global's liability is limited to the course fee.

PRESTIGE MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I. Membership Program Generally

SAI Global's Prestige Membership Program is an annual membership program that initiates the day the membership is purchased and is approved. Thereafter, membership continues for 12 months from the start of the next calendar month after membership is approved. All discounts and benefits associated with the program are subject to change without notice. In the event of a change unacceptable to you, you will be offered a pro rata refund or credit towards membership the following year. Memberships are paid in full at the beginning of the annual period and are non-transferrable and non-refundable except as stated herein.

II. Membership Options

"Prestige Membership" is available for use by any employee (but not consultants or contractors) located at the purchasing business' site. SAI Global reserves the right to terminate membership for any unsanctioned use of Prestige Membership, including but not limited to providing access to access to consultants, contractors or off-site employees. "Prestige Membership Individual" is available for use only by an individual who purchased the membership for their own personal use and not specifically on behalf of an employer or other company. Such use shall be limited to member's personal use and any violation thereof will result in immediate termination of the membership without refund. III. Termination of Membership

At the end of the 12 month period, the membership will automatically expire unless renewed prior to the expiration date. If at any time the membership program is disbanded, then SAI Global's liability is limited to refund of the pro rata portion of the current year's the membership fee and SAI shall have no other obligation.

IV. SAI Global's Obligation

While SAI Global is committed to each member receiving the benefit of the Prestige Membership Program, these services are provide "as is" "where is" with no other obligation of SAI Global except as stated herein. SAI GLOBAL SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SAI GLOBAL PARTY BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP, OR THE PERFORMANCE OF, OR FAILURE TO PERFORM, ANY OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. SAI GLOBAL'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO MEMBER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS MEMBERSHIP SHALL NOT EXCEED IN AGGREGATE THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID TO SAI GLOBAL REGARDLESS OF WHETHER A CLAIM ARISES IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.
